Late Fee Policy for Hostzeek:

  1. Invoices for hosting and server services are due on the date specified in the invoice. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, a late fee of $15 will be charged.
  2. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, the customer's server will be deactivated, and all data will be deleted from the server. Hostzeek will not be responsible for any loss of data resulting from server deactivation.
  3. To avoid late fees and server deactivation, customers should ensure that payment is made in full by the due date specified in the invoice.
  4. If a customer disputes a late fee, they must notify Hostzeek in writing within 10 days of receiving the invoice. The dispute should include a detailed explanation of why the fee is incorrect and any supporting documentation.
  5. Hostzeek reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
